The tour operator (sorry forgot his name) was very impressive with his knowledge, enthusiasm and communication. Wouldn’t have been the same without him. We went on a day of moderate rain and confirm that it is still short able for low clearance / 2WD vehicles. The secret base is great too. All well worth the price and a great experience for all.

The base has been done so well, loved reading about the history of it within the queensland outback and will be great when the expansion is complete (we will be back again). I wasn't expecting to enjoy this but I'm glad we went!
While it's still in development, we found the first phase very interesting and informative. Interactive exhibits and simulations. Very high production value and good value for money. I think we paid $20 for our family of four.
