My gf's car was vibrating through the steering and assumed it was because the rims were caked in mud from our previous drive. She was freaking out a bit so we took it there to make sure it wasn't something much worse.
They gave me the gurni to wash the car down for free and even took the car in to check underneath without asking for a single cent!
I can't thank them enough as it honestly eased her mind and made our day undoubtedly better. After travelling through some dodgy areas and pushing the car to its limits it was nice to get a gesture like that which helped mentally ease someone.
